At Oak Lee we believe that a workforce that is knowledgeable and passionate about children’s welfare and education is paramount to achieving excellence and we will ensure that you are equipped with the skills you need to succeed.

We offer Childcare apprenticeships through our training provider Hawk. The Early Years Apprenticeships take 1 to 2 years to complete and mean that you are able to gain workplace skills supported by experienced members of the team, study towards a Nationally recognised early years qualification, all whilst earning a competitive wage as a permanent employee.
