Beetroot Hummus


220g Tinned Chickpeas

3 Garlic Cloves

150g Beetroot, Cooked

1 Tsp Tahini

4 Tbsp Olive Oil

1 Lemon, Juiced


  1. Drain some of the water from the chickpeas, save some of this liquid.
  2. Place all the ingredients in a food blender and mix together until it forms a smooth paste.
  3. Add some water if the mixture is too thick.
