Every year we are very lucky to have the Living Eggs Hatching Programme at the nursery. On Monday 20th March, we were very excited to welcome10 chick eggs in their incubator. They began hatching from the Wednesday and the children observed the daily changes and kept their own chick diaries! During this programme the children experience life cycles and see growth and development first-hand, whilst developing their care and nurturing skills alongside their peers, talking about what they can see and sharing their experience with others through discussion.
